Welcome to the 2025 High School Non-Elite Preseason Session at Izzy Style Wrestling!
📅 Session Dates: August 19, 2025 – October 30, 2025
At Izzy Style Wrestling, we believe every wrestler deserves the opportunity to build a strong foundation. This program is designed specifically for high school athletes who may not yet be at the elite level but are motivated to learn, sharpen their skills, and prepare for the next step in their wrestling journey.
Program Details

Schedule: 3 practices per week
• Sunday: 3:00- 4:30 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30-8:00 PM -
Focus: Mastering fundamentals, building confidence, and improving mat awareness

Group Size: Limited to 30 wrestlers for personalized coaching and a supportive team environment
