This program is about more than just practices and matches—it’s about becoming a better wrestler and building habits that set you apart. Together, we’ll refine your skills, sharpen your mindset, and prepare you to achieve new levels of success both on and off the mat.

As part of your commitment, please make sure to add the two-singlet package to your gear. With our PNL events and packed summer schedule, you’ll need both a red and blue Izzy Style singlet to compete in freestyle and Greco.

USA Wrestling Card Requirement:
All athletes must have a current USA Wrestling Card to participate in practices and competitions. Be sure to list Izzy Style Wrestling as your team affiliation to compete in duals and tournaments with us.

NO CARD = NO PRACTICE.

Session Details:

  • Start Date: Wednesday, March 12
  • End Date: Thursday, June 5

Training Options:
5x Per Week (Mandatory attendance: 3 practices per week)

Practice Times:

Lightweights:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
5:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Heavyweights:
Sunday, Monday, Wednesday
6:45 PM – 8:15 PM
Tuesday and Thursday
5:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Tournaments & Competitions:

We’ve planned an exciting schedule of tournaments for this season. All wrestlers are expected to compete multiple times per month, aiming to peak at the USA Wrestling Nationals in Fargo, North Dakota, in July. Stay committed and train hard! EVERY ELITE MEMBER IS EXPECTED TO COMPETE AT ALL PNL EVENTS. NO EXCUSES.

No Refund Policy:

Please note, there are absolutely no refunds. Once you’ve secured your spot and attended a practice, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
