🚨 2025 Preseason Elite – New Format, Fewer Spots 🚨

In previous years, we ran separate Lightweight and Heavyweight classes. While effective in some ways, the overall intensity wasn’t consistent between both groups.
For 2025, we’re making the necessary changes to keep the pace high and the standard elite for all wrestlers—one combined elite group of 60.
This preseason session includes a $200 gear training package and meets 5 days a week.
We run together. We train together. We travel together. This is a championship mindset.

Sunday – 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Monday & Wednesday – 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Running shoes, water bottle, change of clothes, and shower shoes mandatory)

Tuesday & Thursday – 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

If you’re planning to train all year, the Yearly Program is the best value—only 30 spots are sold each year, and only 7 remain. That’s a $1,250 savings.
