Welcome to the 2026–2027 High School Women’s In-Season Wrestling Program at Izzy Style Wrestling!
Our women’s program continues to establish itself as one of the premier training environments for female wrestlers in Illinois. We are committed to developing confident, technically sound, disciplined athletes who are prepared to compete at the highest levels of high school, collegiate, and international wrestling.
Our focus is simple: Elite coaching, long-term development, and preparing our athletes to perform when it matters most.
ELITE COACHING STAFF
HALEY AUGELLO — 2016 OLYMPIAN
Our women’s program continues under the leadership of Illinois wrestling legend and 2016 Olympian Haley Augello.
Haley brings world-class experience, technical knowledge, and a passion for developing the next generation of female wrestlers.
SAUL PULIDO — ELITE WOMEN’S WRESTLING COACH
Coach Saul Pulido brings over 20 years of coaching experience and has played an instrumental role in the development of his daughters, Kennedy and Korina Blades, two internationally accomplished wrestlers.
Together, Haley and Saul provide our athletes with exceptional technical instruction, competition preparation, and mentorship.
OUR TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
Our in-season program is designed to complement high school wrestling practices and competition schedules while providing the additional technical training necessary to separate our athletes from the competition.
We focus on:
- Advanced technique and position-specific wrestling
- Improving offensive and defensive fundamentals
- Situational wrestling and match strategy
- Mental preparation and competitive confidence
- Individual development and postseason preparation
We believe that success is built through consistency, discipline, and trusting the process.
Our goal is not simply to win the next match. Our goal is to develop athletes capable of succeeding at the highest levels of wrestling.
LIMITED ENROLLMENT
To maintain the quality of instruction and individualized attention, enrollment will be limited.
Spots are limited and registration is first come, first served.
IN-SEASON PROGRAM DETAILS
Season: 2026–2027
Start Date: Sunday, November 15, 2026
Practice Schedule:
- Sunday: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
- Monday: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Season Pricing:
- Regular Price: $1,000
- Cash Price: $900 (10% Discount)
CASH PAYMENTS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED! Families paying in cash receive an immediate $100 discount on registration.
End Date: IHSA WOMENS State Championship
REGISTRATION & CLUB EXPECTATIONS
All athletes are expected to arrive prepared, work hard, respect their teammates and coaches, and maintain a positive training environment.
Parents are expected to support our coaching staff and respect our long-term athlete development philosophy.
All registration paperwork and club fees must be completed before participation.
All registration fees are nonrefundable.
