2026 High School Non-Elite Preseason
The 2026 Izzy Style High School Non-Elite Preseason Program is designed for wrestlers who are committed to improving and preparing for a successful high school season.
This program is built for athletes who may not have qualified for the IHSA State Tournament yet or even Varsity but have the desire, work ethic, and commitment to get there. Whether you’re looking to earn a varsity spot, become a conference champion, qualify for sectionals, or make your first trip to the state tournament, this program will help prepare you for the challenges ahead.
Athletes will train in a positive, competitive environment while receiving high-level technical instruction, live wrestling, and individualized coaching from Coach Izzy and the Izzy Style coaching staff. Our focus is on developing sound fundamentals, increasing wrestling IQ, building confidence, and creating the habits necessary for long-term success.
At Izzy Style, we believe every state qualifier and state champion starts somewhere. This program is designed to help athletes build the foundation needed to take the next step in their wrestling journey.
This is a three-day-per-week preseason training program, and registration reserves your spot for the entire session. While attendance at every practice is encouraged, it is not mandatory. There are no discounts for athletes who choose to attend fewer than the scheduled practices.

Sunday: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
